Adnan was a fantastic tour guide with lots of knowledge of Dubai. 10/10 tour guide. Please give him a pay raise. The tour overall was good but lots of additional charges when doing the buggy tour like a 5% card charge when paying on arrival and additional charges for images taken on your own phone (£14) which you aren’t made aware you need to pay for prior them being taken. We already paid £200 for the entire tour, so this felt like it was under justified. Again, great tour guide but the overall experience provided by the company could be improved and costs made more transparent.
